Review: I have owned a W810i for a week. While it is generally an excellent phone I am going to return it due to the poor quality of the Walkman. There is a hiss and digital artefacts / distortion. This is particularly noticeable at non-loud volumes (below 50% volume), for quieter music and at the end of most tracks. The problem appears to be a continuation of the problem present in the model it's replacing - the W800i.
