Review: Just my luck - I had a mountain of work to do at home so that I could enjoy a few days off work the following weekend. My disk drive goes offline and I cant access any of the crucial info I'd brought from the office - I feel panicky without the IT support department at work....'G on W' came to the rescue!
Pros: They were able to come over that evening (friday). The IT technician was fairly much on time, and introduced himself in a courteous and considered manner. He asked me what was the problem and was patient as I tried to explain what was wrong, using layman's terms. He understood my concerns and sorted out the problem with my disc drive in 45

minutes :) He also explained other areas that mey be of concern going forward, such as my needing to update my security package - I use the internet for work a great deal and am open to my PC being infected with viruses. He was not pushy but consultative which was good. Overall I felt comfortable tht he knew his stuff, he listened patiently, got the job done quickly, the price was very reasonable and even gave me advice that was valuable for the future health of my pc. I cant thank G on W enough!!!! Its such a great convenient service, and I can also work just as effectively at home now.
Score: 9/10
