Review: I had the same problem.

The Router worked fine out of the box, aside from the Wirless, Tried multiple Firmware updates/downgrades. To No Avail, Taking the unit back for replacement.

Sounds like there is high failure rate on these guys, keep your reciept.
Pros: Looks, 3 Antenna's, Gigabit
Cons: Your WIFI may not work out of the box, Matching hardware needed for big wireless improvement

Review: No WLAN. After many emails to support, including screen shots of the set-up pages I was told to ring the techs. I wonder who I had been dealing with, the office temp?
Pros: Gigabit is fast
Cons: No Wireless
