Review: I was massively impressed with this phone after borrowing one from my son for a weekend. So much so I immediately bought one. I'm now regretting my impulsiveness. The phone has developed a smudge right in the centre of the screen under the coating which is quite visible most of the time. My son's phone (which was sent to him to review) has the same fault, and after trolling the forums, it seems fairly common.
I'm currently on my third attempt to get a response from HTC having had a request for my number and a convenient time to ring but not been contacted. (Incidentally my son has had no luck getting a response through his PR contact who supplied the review phone). It's also becoming less and less responsive to screen presses, making text messages a thing of much frustration (it's impossible to text on this phone straight out of the box anyway - why HTC didn't include a keypad app is beyond me).
To sum up - don't buy one.
Pros: Small, lightweight, nice idea.
Cons: Build quality, customer support, no keypad, limited application of touchFLO, only two UK locations on weather plugin.
