Review: This is a good phone but there is a lot of room for improvement. You say it works worldwide but it doesn’t even work in France, when its ancestor the v500 does.

Review: I like this phone but my friends had the front plate break on them and there were no parts to replace it. Itís a very good world phone and since I do a lot of travelling its good for me.

Review: I have just one thing to say - stay away from this phone. While it looks smart and certainly does all the things promised, it falls short on the most important feature - getting you connected. Lines are dropped all the time, even if the phone is used outside of the house. I did have my phone for service (in fact, sunrise Switzerland performed a firmware upgrade), but dropped calls and bad connections are still the norm.
