Review: I am disappointed with this product! The first one I bought didn't work. The second one I bought didn't work at first but after my girlfriend tapped it against the wall several times it started working. Nextlinkís website isnít much better, if you read some of the instructions on how to get a faulty headset up and running: "Place the Bluespoonô in the charging cradle (IMPORTANT: tap it down in the cradle repeatedly 5 to 10 times)" WOW! ;-)
