Review: I feel very let down by Pinnacle's PCTV USB2 product. I agree entirely with what 'Miffed Pinnacle User' had to say, but would add the TV element is rubbish also. Pinnacle have to be more honest in advertising their products - in my opinion a case for the office of consumer affairs - the product DOES NOT do what it is advertised to do.

Review: I own a top of the line PC: Athlon 64 3500+, Nvidia 6800, WinXP Pro card, etc. etc. Pinnacle PCTV crashed the WinXP Pro during the install phase and it freezes the Windows XP ever since. Both Pinnacle Tech Support and Forums Support do not read the questions and thus send irrelevant answers. They also suggested replacing my PC - What a joke! Don't buy it unless you are SURE that you can get reimbursed in full if it does not work for you! Don't even dream on counting on Pinnacle's support.

Review: Do not buy this unit if you want to capture video input from a camera, DVD player or similar analogue video source. Although the packaging says it is possible and the unit has suitable video-in connectors, for some unknown reason it is unable to view analogue video signals. If all you want to do is view TV, and have a USB2, high spec Windows XP system then you're probably ok. Iím though unhappy.
