Review: The question is whether the S2XP justifies the extra £500 over its little brother the B1XP, which seems to have similar(ish) spec. I'm not sure. I'm a bit mystified by the price difference, for a very similar spec. machine, which is only 0.4 kg heavier at 2.3 kg.

Review: I have always loved the SONY VAIO S series. However there is one big problem with all of them, there is no S-Video out, and that has so far prevented me from getting one of them. These machines are perfect for the living room, as a portable DVD player ... but not without s-video.
