Review: I've had the Shure E3's for 18 months now, and find them to be fantastic. Music I've enjoyed for 30 - 40 years suddenly present new nuances and subtleties that I had never heard before! Once you get a nice tight, but comfortable fit using whichever set of earpieces are right for you, you will find a new world of sound, isolated from the noise of traffic, etc, around you. I have picked two sets of rubber earpieces; one lightweight, soft grey set for everyday use, and one set of clear silicon heavier earpieces for better isolation, e.g. on the underground trains or on long-distance air flights. Worth every penny!
