Review: You don't need the docking station to charge the battery. A small adaptor plug is supplied to connect the MDA directly to the charger. Talk time is more accurately estimated at 4-5 hours. An excellent unit, highly recommended.

Review: I got mine 2 months ago. At first I found it hard work. But having got used to it I think it is indispensable. No need for a diary, notebook & phone.

Review: You can charge the MDA III without the cradle, simply attach the additional plug (supplied) to the end of the charger and plug it directly into the unit.
